Every day we scan thousands of agent channels for breakout videos, extract the structural blueprint, and rebuild it in your city with your voice and your face on the thumbnail. Who runs this

REALTOR GROWTH is built by Ali Aimam and a small team that's spent the last two years buried in real-estate-agent YouTube data and Azure GPT pipelines. We're building this in public — every audit, idea generation, script, and thumbnail you generate runs through the same pipeline we'd run for ourselves if we were the ones with the camera.

What we won't do

• Make scripts that sound like ChatGPT. We pull your voice from your own videos. If we can't match it, we tell you and we don't ship.
• Put a generated face on your thumbnail. Your real headshot, non-negotiable. Anything else is uncanny and you'll get unsubscribes.
• Hallucinate stats. Every claim in your script is web-search grounded with the source URL. Bad data ends careers, especially in real estate.
• Sell to channels that already work. If you're already pulling 50k views per video you don't need us. We're for agents in the 100–10k subs range who can't crack the algorithm.
