Realtor Growth is an AI tool that analyzes YouTube channels and generates scripts + thumbnails for real-estate agents. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

• Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• One account per person. No sharing accounts across an entire brokerage on the Free or Pro tier — talk to us about DFY if you need that.
• We may suspend accounts for abuse (e.g. credential stuffing, scraping, attempts to bypass the credit system).

• Free: 1 channel audit / month, 4 idea previews, 2 full scripts (lifetime), 2 face-anchored thumbnails (lifetime).
• Pro ($499/mo): unlimited audits, 12 full scripts / mo, unlimited thumbnails, priority Azure queue, leaderboard tracking. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Done-For-You ($5K+/mo): by invitation; defined per engagement.

The scripts and thumbnails generated for you are yours to use however you want — film them, edit them, ship them, sell them. We claim no ownership of your outputs.

• We can't guarantee YouTube growth. Median tracked-agent lift is +118% over 90 days; your results depend on filming, posting cadence, and your local market.
• We use YouTube's publicly available data via yt-dlp. If YouTube changes its platform in a way that breaks our analysis, we'll fix it as fast as we can.
• We rely on third-party AI (Azure OpenAI). Brief downtime is possible. We don't guarantee 99.9% uptime on the free tier.

The scripts and analyses are marketing assistance, not legal, financial, or real-estate advice. Verify market data with your local MLS and brokerage before publishing claims.

• Don't use the service to defame, harass, or impersonate other agents.
• Don't resell access to other agents (DFY is the multi-agent path).
• Don't scrape or automate against our endpoints beyond normal in-product use.

Cancel Pro anytime from your dashboard or by emailing us. Stripe-billed subscriptions are non-refundable for the current period but will not auto-renew once canceled. DFY contracts follow the terms of your individual engagement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Realtor Growth's liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. We're not liable for lost revenue, lost views, or third-party damages.

If these terms change materially, we'll email you at the address on file before the change takes effect.
