Refund policy

We want every paid subscriber to get real value. This page covers when refunds are available.

Pro plan ($99/mo)

The Pro plan is billed monthly and is generally non-refundable once the billing cycle starts. We do, however, refund pro-rata in two cases:

  1. Day-1 outage. If a core feature (audit, script generation, thumbnail generation, lead-magnet) is broken on the day you upgraded and we can't resolve it within 24 hours of you reporting it, we'll refund the unused portion of your subscription.
  2. Accidental charge. If you were charged after cancelling (sometimes a webhook delay), we'll refund the charge within 7 days.

DFY plan (custom pricing)

The Done-For-You plan is paid up-front, on a contract basis. Refund terms live in your individual DFY contract — typically pro-rated against the deliverables already shipped.

How to request a refund

Email hello@realtorgrowth.net with your account email and a one-line reason. We respond within 1 business day. We don't ask why beyond what you're comfortable saying.

Payment processor

Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through LemonSqueezy, typically reaching your bank within 5-10 business days.
